The Nando’s cockerel landed on the sunny shores of Mauritius in 2009, with first restaurant opening on 17 December, followed with another restaurant which opened in the capital city, Port Louis in 2010. It didn’t take long before the word to get around or for the people of Mauritius to get addicted to spciing things up with a fix of flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. Thanks to their passion for PERi-PERi, Nando’s now has four restaurants in Mauritius which are located at Port Louis, Bagatelle – Mall of Mauritius, Grand Baie La Croisette and Phoenix Commercial Centre.
