Yakski Barbecue was started by Flaviano ‚Boyaks‚ Roxas in 2009. Inviting his friends to taste his barbecue using his special sauce, Yakski Barbecue gradually became a hangout to a number of individuals and groups. When he got ill, his wife Rosita Roxas took charge of the business. Boy passed away in 2012 and his children made it a point to continue his legacy by diversifying Yakski‚s food products and stepping up its service. The new Yakski Barbecue is now located along Don Mariano Cui St. in Capitol Site.
