Pastafabrikken is a restaurant concept that opened in Troms¸ in November 2009, with an idea to create genuine Italian cuisine, served in a quick manner.

The concept revolves around ordering food and drink and paying at the counter, after which you get a beeper that tells you when your food is done. When it makes a sound, simply go to the counter and collect your food. We serve fresh pasta straight from the machine with a variety of flavors. In addition, we make many varieties of pizza made from fresh ingredients. We also have a number of light dishes such as salads, bruschetta and antipasti. To round it all off, there are many tempting desserts to choose from. We are fully licensed for serving beer, wine and spirits.
