During the last three years Mughal Darbar has become a household name in Kashmir.The orders from both the local and outside customers have increased over past years at a tremendous scale. Be it the government functions, VIP parties, marriage ceremonies, etc, everyone prefers the food from the Mughal Darbar.

Our products are different from others, both in taste and quality. Actually, we use some special materials in our products. We analyze the material before sending them to the factory for processing and making the products. We pay more money for getting quality material. Should we procure cheap and low quality material we can save a good amount of money, but that we will not do. Let me tell you that we utilize around 15 boxes containing 15 kg of butter each a day. If we get low quality butter we can save Rs 10,000 a day.
