i Latina is a restaurant created by Colombian siblings Santiago, Camilo and Laura Macas. Santiago is the chef of the restaurant. Laura and Camilo will be your hosts. We offer a seven course tasting menu in which you will discover different flavors and ingredients of latinamerican cuisine.
The kitchen of iLatina is in Santiago’s hands. He prefers to be called a cook and a chef. With a backpack and a set of knives, Santiago has travelled through all of Latin America to find the flavors and ingredients that inspire our menº. In Buenos Aires, Santiago can be seen darting around the city on his bike.
